This is a simple starter agreement for ELF setup, hosting, and support services.

Provider agrees to supply one or more of the following:

• Installation and setup of the ELF system
• Configuration and migration of existing traffic data
• Hosting of the ELF system
• Ongoing support and maintenance
• Consulting and customization services

Client is not purchasing ownership of the software.

Provider shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Lost broadcasts
• Data loss beyond reasonable backup procedures

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 60 days.
